Cancellation Policy
We get it that things happen and you may need to reschedule! We have a 50% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. However, we understand that not everything can be avoided. Some situations may be excluded and are at the discretion of your stylist. Please reach out to them if you have concerns.
